Default Traded into a receiver

Flipped a couple of pocket pistols for an Armscorp receiver NOS. I had obtained a partial parts kit years ago, looking to build a shooter. What is the rep of these revievers? Thanks.

Reputation was all over the place from great to unacceptable.
Hope you got a good one. You should be able to tell as soon as you start the build.
They had their problems with heat treat warping as a few other mfgs did.

Some were excellent! Some were not. Others will be along shortly to tell you which are which.

I had one. the problems were obvious right away with me. The left lug came nowhere near contacting the receiver even though the headspace was fine. No good on my example.

Mine was great, even though I unknowingly bought a second. The issue was that the
op rod spring guide slot was a bit narrow. Some day I will mill it out a bit. I wouldn't touch the last ones, somewhere around high 16,000, 17,000 till the end. What approximate serial number is yours?

Well, it is not the nicest looking receiver in town, but with some effort I will bet you can make it work.

OUTSTANDING, double OUTSTANDING! Someone besides me that knows what a "UAV" is, camouflage or non camouflage. I REALLY hate when a UAV rides up on my tail in full "Assault Mode" (that's one of the things that they do) trying to take me out.
