Default Gas cylinder plug question

In the service, we just tighten this down this plug. That was then but now I am wondering, is there a proper torque to tightening this plug ?

Just enough too keep it torqued on, I think the min was 15ft.lbs anything over 20ft.lbs is overkill. Shoot for 17ft.lbs and use a sharpie to mark itís position.
