Default Danish bayonet

What is a Danish bayonet averaging in price? Came across some bayonets at a antique mall and one was tagged as Danish. The scabbard was a brown composite/laminate. Grips were black. It was locked up and I couldn’t handle it but what I saw was very good condition. Thinking of going back and adding it to my Danish return. It was tagged at $145 but some of these dealers are open for a counter offer.

I’ll assume you’re talking about an M1 bayonet for the Garand rifle. Even in excellent condition $145 is too high. Actual USGI bayonets can be had for that price.

I actually saw USGI bayonets from $90. to $110. Had access to one and it was pretty nice. Original but sharpened. Probably not worth the 2hr. round trip for the Danish, but it looked pretty nice. Yes, 10” M1 bayonets is correct. Thanks

Danish bayonets are bringing in the neighborhood of $100.. the scabbard is another 50-75 for the woodgrain version..he's in the ballpark.
