Default 1898 Krag Stock Repair

I recently purchased two 1898 Krags in great shape; however, one of the stocks, which is in pristine condition, is missing some wood that sits in front of the bolt handle. Does anyone know where I can find a professional stock repair?

Rick Borecky on this and other military websites. Unbelievably great work.

Yes Rick does amazing work, but he has about a 1 year waiting period. I have a stock with him and he quoted me about a year to get done. He is back logged and has to have surgery to his shoulder.

Default Stock repair

Just got a stock back from sparx, a member here. Cannot express how great of a job he did on a 1903 stock that had several cracks in the butt. And a one week turn around. Canít say if he can fix your problem but definitely worth asking.
Send him a pm
