Default WTB: A Springfield M1 Nov/Dec 42 Receiver

Looking to buy a nice original finish SA Dec 42 receiver or barreled receiver (ok if not original barrel but would be great if it was) need within SN range from 1,008,900 to 1,090,310 as I have a nice original barrel for it

A late Nov.42 would also be considered.

I have a nice original greenish finish SA receiver Sept 42 SN 8504XX that I will be selling if I am lucky enough to find a receiver.

Please let me know what you may have to offer or any leads

Thanks Rich

You just missed an SA 1,088,995 receiver that I bought at South Store in Jan. Had been looking for an April '42 receiver since I had correct barrel for that. I just finished building the 1.088 using an S-A-11-49 barrel with MW 1.5 and TE 2.0 or would have been happy to consider a swap of some sort. Guess our timing was just off!

Edit: This was not original finish; was the repark that cmp does on grade B receivers.

Day late of course I fiqure I will make a try to the North store in the fall hopefully the racks will be restocked and I will search for the SN range and see what I can find. I had looked for someone maybe going to the South store and check the Navy BR's for one in the range in original finish as they are a good buy.
