Capone, magazines that shipped with Colt 1911As in late '43 to '45 had welded bases and marked C-S, C-L, or C-R on the bottom of the base with a corresponding S, L or R on top of the base lip.

Gotcha . I know people pay big money for those old two tone mags but did not know if these were valuable like two tone ones . I have at least one of these mags myself .
