From CMP's point of view, new comm equipment would be a waste of money. Supplies of materiel are limited and winding down. All too soon they won't be all that busy.

Your case is a little different than "did you get my order, when will it ship", and a call is certainly justified.

Better not put the trip off too far. The CMP is out of carbines. Garands are going to run out soon. HXP will be gone.

What's gonna be left?????

I just hope the enthusiasm doesn't wane too much as I really dig shooting these rifles.
