Default Is this a serious problem?

Okay, so I bought one of those pesky M1 Garands. Only wanted one. Didn't care how collectable or not the thing was. This was two weeks ago. Now I stay up to all hours researching Garand stuff. I watch YouTube videos until my eyes are sore. I spend serious time checking the CMP's forum for all kinds of information. My wife is getting cranky. My daughter asked me if I was OK. So, the question is: Is this a serious problem?

OH, and I need to know what's a really good book to use for reference material.

Okay, gotta go load some more ammo.

Did any Americans STOP waving their US Flags on /09/11/01, because their arms were tired from waving it on 09/10/01?

No, the serious problems start when you have a dozen or more cardboard boxes and green rifle cases all stacked up and you realize you need another safe because your current safe is full. When you buy the safe make sure you have a lot of extra space so you won't have to buy the third safe within the next year. Enjoy!

You will soon store the rifles without stock, that way, you can stuff more in the safe without acknowledging you have a problem.

As for books, I recommend Precision Shooting With the M1 Garand by Roy Baumgardner.

An element of obsessiveness is usually associated with success in most endeavors.

I bought all the books on the Garand I can. I can never get enough reading material on it. The only book (booklet) I don't have is: My M1 Does My Talking

YleeFox,, Hi My Name is Smal and I'm a Garandaholic too, there is no cure trust me but it can be treated with repeated M-1 Garand purchase's All kidding aside seems like when you buy that first one and take it out and shoot it your hooked, Your not alone We all have it too. I always tell friends that want to shoot mine are you sure you want to do this it could get quite expensive in the long run and I get a funny look from them and I just smile, Next thing I hear after they shoot, Hey where and how can I get one,lol
