Default Won my first auction. Question re papework

So I won my first auction the other night. I was given the link to download the order form and it looks like I have to resubmit my credentials and have another notary done? I'm a currently "good to go" with my paperwork that is on file and can still purchase from the estore and buy rifles. Do I have to resubmit?

Mark,
As you mentioned, if your notary and qualifications are up to date, you don't have to resubmit simply for the auction (as long as its not for 1911s as mentioned above).
The previous qualifications that allowed you to purchase a Garand and/or parts will work for the auction.

When you completed and print out the four-part order form, annotate the pages as follows:

1A - As printed

2A - Where you sign the form at the bottom, add a note that says, "Notary on file."

3A -
- Under the "Item" column, be sure to put the four-digit auction #
- In the "Item Description" column, be sure to put the description verbatim from the auction item description.
- For "Quantity" put "1" then the final bid amount in the "Price Each" column.
If you are using the fillable form, it should update the "Total Price" column automatically...if not, it will be the same as the final auction bid price.
- You're not in OH or AL, no need to add sales tax so that will be zero.
- Shipping is included with auction items, so that will be zero.
- Donation amount is up to you
- If no donation, then Total block will be same as auction price.
- Submit desired payment and payment info in Method of Payment section.

4A - Include this page to help out the folks processing the order and mark it as follows...
- If your proof of Citizenship and Age, Membership and Participation are current, then check the circle and to the left write "On file" for each of them.
NOTE: For purchasing parts, you do not have to meet the Marksmanship or other Firearms Related Activity...this is only required for purchasing rifles. So technically, you could write N/A to the left of this requirement.
- Write N/A to the left of the State or locality requirements bullet.
- Put a check mark next to the next 4 bullets for pages 1A, 2A, 3A and payment (circle the appropriate form of payment).

If they didn't already provide an address, use the address at the bottom of the Order form and just add "ATTN: Auctions" as so:

CMP Sales
ATTN: Auctions
1401 Commerce Boulevard
Anniston, AL 36207

Congratulations,
Rob
