Default Aces Postal 2nd Quarter

So just as a separate thread, I want to briefly describe how registration will work for 2nd quarter. It will be done solely online (unless you come to a competition center and shoot in person, then a staff member will register you) through competition tracker. I tried to explain everything on the registration page, but when you get to it, you will see 10 different check boxes, 5 for electronic and 5 for paper targets. There are 5 each because in 1st quarter the most any one person entered was 3 events. So, you are selecting how many events you are entering so that it will charge you the right amount, then you are actually choosing the events below that. (3p, 60 open, etc.) I am hoping by 3rd quarter our CT programmers will have all of our order processing systems talking to CT so that we can charge using a quantity drop down box much like if you were purchasing 2 pair of pants from walmart.com.

This is all probably confusing right now, but when registration opens, you will see it.

Expect registration for 2nd quarter to open a little early so that people can get used to how it is set up and we can work out kinks ahead of time.

Again, thank you all for your continued support. You are all awesome people and hope to meet you at a Competition Center, Games match, Smallbore Nationals, or National Matches one day!

right, just select "1 paper target set" but at the bottom where you choose the events, select both of the events that she wants to shoot.

The "1 paper target set" is just so it only charges you $8. Selecting the events on the bottom does not affect how much you get charged.

sign up for however many events she wants to shoot and just pay for one less event...

So if she is shooting in two events, pay for 1 paper target set and then shoot me an email.

Mike, On the other forums the subject of the postal matches has been discussed. It appears there are guys interested if you offered a standing sporter and AR class using the SR reduced targets. I have to admit this would have been the ideal match for me.

Dave,

Yes. I just bought a package of the Orion NM AR SR reduced for 10 meter targets from CMP North last weekend.

Not sure when you need them but if it isn't before the MRPA Garand match I can bring you however many you need. They come in a package of 250 for $30.

I also have a package of the MR reduced for 10 meter.

2nd quarter features a standing sporter... we have disussed the NMAR. Might be something we do, but I was told no because no one shoots it as is... our NMAR's are gathering dust.

Oh, I don't need any, thanks....

Someone else was asking Mike about setting that up as one of the possible matches to shoot and in just wasn't sure that particular target was available...

Thanks for the offer though!
