Default "OJP"- Austrian 30-06 value and questions

So I found some at an ok price but:
-it is probably Berdan primed?
-What is it worth?
-Does it shoot better than HXP?

Thanks!

Components only. Berdan primed and assumed corrosive.
Also, reportedly HOT machine gun ammo.

50CalAl is always looking for stuff like this. Particularly the enbloc clips.

Osterreichische Jagdpatronenfabrik (OJP). Becomes Hirtenberger in 1964. NOT corrosive primers.

if it's what I think it is, US the distributor ended up disassembling it for components. I bought a couple cans of the primed brass (berdan of course) from Anthony Pucci about 10 years ago.

I forget which YEAR (1959??) was WORSE than the other. Reports of being hot (3000fps) and brittle brass. Also reports the cans themselves say MG use only in German (not confirmed this is true).

I would recommend you borrow a 10 foot pole..
