Default 2.2 Mil SA Field Grade

This arrived on Monday, I sent the order in when they first went up for sale.

The stock is a bit rough, quite a few gouges and dings.
Is a J.L.G. desirable?

No chrome on the gas port.

Some other parts
Trigger housing is a Winchester, Bolt is a 19SA, Milled trigger guard 46025-1-SA, Hammer C46008-5 SA

I got this Service Grade yesterday. I'm very happy. Thank you CMP!

The receiver, barrel, and bolt look to be SA Dec44-Jan45. The oprod is HRA. The stock has no visible stamps inside or out. Any ideas on what kind of stock this is?

My two m1's. The one with a birch stock is my service grade. A six digit serial mix master with all post war components. The one with a black walnut stock is a 1.1 million serial number grade "C" receiver that is nearly parts correct except for the gas cylinder (wide instead of narrow), reproduction single slot gas plug, post war bolt that headspaced, and long fork follower rod. Loving the m1!
