I'll probably pick up one or two of those when the time comes. Only magazine I currently have is a pro-mag.....

Forgot to mention Wideners has two different 15rd mags. If you look at the product codes you'll see one ends in BHO "Bolt hold open".

Yup, saw that and ordered 3. Shipping was less with Widener's too. Thanks!

Now just need to buy a little ammo. Only have 1 box of Federal ammo.

I have some originals from CMP and some Korean from Aim Surplus. Both types work great. Aim doesn't have them anymore and I'm waiting for more originals to become available from CMP.

I like the USGI mags. They function great in my carbines, and are historically correct to use. Ordered 6 when CMP had them. Received 2 - IU (in a circle) - Underwoods, 1 - MN - National Postal Meter, 1 - IA - Inland, 1 - BW - Winchester, and the prize of the lot, 1 - K-IP (upsidedown) - Irwin Pederson. They are all mint/unused condition. If and when CMP offers em again, I'll be in for another 1/2 doz. Fingers crossed for at least 1-Rock-ola! The mags are fun to have and collect on there own.

I agree with you Craftsman. I couldn't see ever getting all 11 of the carbines themselves (currently have 5 makers, hopefully 6 depending on how my bavarian turns out), but what about getting all 11 magazine manufacturer codes? Still takes some work but definitely attainable. I posted a pic of my mag collection in the carbine pics thread.
Nice score on the K-IP. I hunted mine down on gunbroker, it wasn't labeled as such, just described as a carbine mag but could be seen in the pic. Fortunately for me nobody else picked up on it
