Helpful but not nearly as convenient or direct. Could you implement a comment feature like they have and address the concerns in that manner?

"Hey I know I just shipped you a $1,000 rifle, can you go register on this website and leave me a feedback?"

It's pretty sad when websites like ar15.com can run a feedback system yet it can't happen here

Well the barns burned down so let's go ahead and get the horse out now.

You couldn't have suggested this prior to erasing our feedback so we could have transferred it over there if we wanted to??

An easy way to see if someone has a history of selling here (the bad ones or one or two timers would be weeded out) is to just do a search of the specific forum by user name for threads started.

If someone has been selling here for a while and has sold multiple items, chances are you can look at a few threads and see if the transaction was positive or negative.

Just a thought in the interim.

A long time ago when Jouster was the place and had no feedback I recommended Heatware, after using it for some years when buying and selling computer parts on Forums. The guys at Jouster would have none of it, but the rip offs continued.

Heatware works and is free.

It would have been nice if Orest had announced the closing of iTrader and given maybe a weeks notice. At least those who would have wanted to copy or record their feedback would have had the opportunity. Maybe it wasn't an impulsive move on his end but it sure looks impulsive when you're on the receiving end and not given any notice.

Ar15.cim makes money through advertising, cmp forum cost the cmp money.
That is the principal difference
