Thank you! That, at the very least, gives a reasonable time to wind things down. However, I think you will lose a lot of the interest and people if they have to go elsewhere to try and find parts, etc. I know some people can be very difficult () but it would be a shame for the CMP to kill off an important source of activity related to the Garand and M1 Carbine by killing off the marketplace. Just tell everyone, in BIG warning letters, that it is not sponsored, endorsed, moderated by or otherwise in any way the responsibility or liability of the CMP and that all responsibility and liability rests solely with those who use it or who sell or buy anything.

As an attorney myself, I would ask yours if this wasn't sufficient. Then, if anyone bugs your staff, just send them a copy of the warning.

Bill

For the most part our reputations mean more than anything. We should police our own. Post a release saying you assume no responsibility and do not contact us.

Excellent. Thanks for reconsidering and reversing, at least temporarily, your decision. Most of us behave and conduct transactions as gentlemen. I am glad the others didn't spoil it for us long term, honest members

We need to police our own and make sure they don't contact the administration again. I don't want to loose this.

I agree. I have never had an issue with anything I have bought or sold. If I buy something I know the actual item may look different in my hands due to lighting ect....

There are some people who Will never be satisfied with anything. Those are the ones I worry about that will ruin it for everyone.

Thanks CMP for listening to your customers.
