Hickok45 is a pretty interesting guy, imo. He's fond of the 1911, even most of the clones.
A friend of mine turned me on to his videos three years ago. He's got vids on just about anything that goes bang.
I like his Garand-thumb video too.

when did the A1 incorporate the ejection port modifications and the flat sided hammer? Were they WW2 mods or post war mods?
