Default Springfield 7105296

I'm not a Garand expert by any means, but there is a Garand on GB right now sn7105296 in a Springfield box. A commercial rifle??, If you look at the receiver it almost looks cast. I'd post the URL, but not sure if that's appropriate. If you go to GunBroker and search Garand you'll find it. It ends 12/10 and the auction number is 320137722. Just wondering if anyone had any insight on the history of a late rifle like this?

SA, Inc made a run of Garands a while back; all are in the 7 million serial number range. I believe they used a lot of GI parts, especially since the SA booth at the National Matches always has a fair number of USGI Garand parts for sale (leftovers?).
