Mr. Petty was correct...got call from Shunda McCain, couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They do a heck of a job...field or rack offered...picked field. Told may be up to 90 days,but believe it will be sooner...look for CC charge. Thanks to forum, great info and great advice. Now another patient wait.

I was thinking exactly the same as you until the phone rang with the "CMP 1911 Cust Service" on the ID. I think I had a brief heart flutter moment when I saw the ID, I had just started a meeting and had to step out real quick to answer. I had the number saved into my phone to make sure it didn't get spam rejected. Definitely worth taking the call, only took 3 minutes.:D

What are you guys doing to pass the the time? Day 17 waiting for my pistol to ship. Love seeing the pics, hoping Field grade is the way to go.
