You need to call CMP and talk to them. They were very helpful in solving my issues.

Got my call today; all three grades available. RGN 305XX.

31706 I only know this because someone at the CMP was kind enough to respond to an email wondering why I have never received anything, not one email from them. I was told my number and told to look in my junk mail.
Anyway I'm Patiently waiting as the number gets closer. I'm still freaked out that never an email. But I like so many like minded people will just be so greatful to own this piece of our history.
We need to honor thse tools and the Men that used them. Can't wait. Take care guys

If you put your serial number on line , Google records it. I googled my serial number to see if any info came up . The picture I posted here popped up on the top of the search. Big Brother is watching .

Google “records” everything. It has nothing to do with your serial number being for a firearm. It is not Google building a database of firearm owners, it is Google’s search function operating exactly the way any search function should. This is a “Nothing Burger”, not a conspiracy.

Exactly! There is "being careful" but full-on paranoia has gotten out of hand in many ways. "Big Brother" doesn't give a poo about the serial numbers of our antique rifles, IF any government entity was actually in play here.

I received my call @ 9:14 this morning, my number is 30,652.
CMP 1911 sales advised they had all 3 grades, and that they need the dealer's updated FFL license within 5 business days.

I mailed in my packet with no time to spare.
Not sure of date.
Received my RGN of 31800 on Aug 9th 2021.
With 31,800 being my number , I’m biting finger nails !
Hoping for a matching slide & frame Field or Rack.
Maybe to much to hope for?
I dont want a reparked one . Would rather have one that looks like the one my grandad would’ve carried as in WW2 with the 17th Abn and later in Korea with the 187th Abn.

My 1911 was delivered to my FFL Dealer this morning!

My RGN number is 30,652 - based on the previously posted spreadsheet I had estimated I would get called ~ May 11th.

I received my call Tuesday May 3rd @ 9:14 am, CMP 1911 sales advised they had all 3 grades. CMP sales informed me
that they need my dealer's updated FFL license within 5 business days.

I contacted my dealer who immediately provided the info to CMP Sales. CMP completed everything and shipped my 1911
via Fedex the same day, and it was delivered to my dealer today.

I was off by by 3 months on my guess. Got the call today and missed it while I was on the road! Hope to be able to reach them tomorrow.
