I'm nervous, recently received my first CMP Garand and feel like I hit the rack grade lottery. Very low 5 digit serial (13k) Springfield receiver in amazing condition almost no rust to speak of. Rest of the rifle met or exceeded expectations.

Hoping I didn't use up all my CMP luck!!

It is Christmas in February.
Got the the Call this morning @ 7:45
RGN 36023
All grades offered, then realized I live in California, Range grade not available to me. I chose Rack.
Shunda from CMP is my new favorite person. Super friendly.

You know what’s strange? Someone on calguns posted they got a range grade.

Either way congrats! Only 320 to go for me!
