Wish I could help, but I'm in Florida. Sad to see your thread's been read 117 times, and no one in your part of the country has any helpful lead. You can probably do a search yourself of local highpower clubs near you that might hold vintage rifle/Garand matches. That's how I found a club here in Florida that has monthly JC Garand matches.
