I'm confused by the auction item
M1 Garand WRA Barreled Receiver 1612395 where it says "Manufactured in August of 1943" but the receiver says "D28291 WIN-13".
Also the description says "Top Barrel: D35448 W.R.A" & "Side Barrel: W8125 H&R G 7.62 NATO".
Was the barrel rechambered by H&R?
Did somebody mistype 1943 instead of 1945?

Appreciate anyone clearing this up for me.
