I had an order go through almost 2 years ago. Saw the references inthe order thread to the DBU email. I never got a email until the "order shipped" email. Does every order have the DBU email?

Also, people talk about seeing their order on the web with ser. no. before it ships. Where do you see that? On the e-store? Under orders?

I got a DBU for both of my orders. Yes, in the E-store, about the time they fill the order/ships, it will show the serial numbers on the invoice. I set up an E-store acct before making my first order and was able to see it before I got a shipping notice.
