Several years ago I purchased a refurbished Daisy 853 from the North Store so I could practice offhand in my basement. It came with a surprisingly crisp two-stage trigger that’s pretty darn close to a the guns I shoot in VMR. So last month I went back and bought another one for the wife. I didn’t check the trigger on this one, and to my chagrin, I discovered that it’s one long mushy pull.
Is there anything that I can do to the trigger to replicate a two stage trigger? Thank you. EO |

Have you seen this? https://thecmp.org/wp-content/upload...TriggerMod.pdf
It looks like a lengthy mod but the results look like what you are looking for. |

Thank you Bill.
I stoned the sear in the two points indicated and have a a better two-stage pull. I didn’t mess with the pull weight yet. |

Sounds like I need to do the same, have one for myself and one for my boy and both triggers are dreadfully long.
