E-Store order question.
Hi there. I placed an order through the E-store for some ammo back in January. On or about Oct 13 I got an email asking if still wanted it. I replied yes, called and updated my payment info. My card was charged on or about 10/15. In the past, CMP has never charged my card until my order shipped.
I never got any shipping info, tracking numbers, call from FedEx saying I had a "signature required" package coming (as I always had before), etc. After two weeks and no package I emailed, called and left messages a few times inquiring about my shipment. I eventually got an email reply back that my order would (should) ship the week of 11/9. Well, here we are four weeks later and still nothing. I paid for the order nearly two months ago now.
I really appreciate everything the CMP does and don't like to complain but what the heck is going on?
