Google wc852. There will be tons of talk on reloading forums and others about it. Seems there are several different burn rates with it from fast to slow depending on lot numbers. Some people say slow like H380 other say slow like 4831 and still others say the fast like 4895.

I read somewhere (not on a forum) that they used 4895 burn rate for 30-06 during WWII, and they used the slower 4831 burn rate for 20mm cannon.

the first paragraph of your link which isn't any sort of load data manual at all..clearly states..

"1-1. PURPOSE
This manual is a reference handbook published as an
aid in planning, training, familiarization and identification
of small arms ammunition,..."


it has errors in it that would get a reloader in trouble.

So lets don't go offering up training manuals as some sort of legit load data.
