Default "Dupage Java M-1 Stock Reviews?"

Hello All,

Anyone have any experience with the Dupage Trading Company's M-1 Stocks? The ones with the laminated Wood, and the Metal Installed. I have ordered one, and would like to hear the opinion of others.

God Bless...

Bill

I have two Dupage laminated stocks. They are excellent and you will enjoy yours.

These stocks are a little heavier; however, they are exceptionally stable and the rifles are wonderfully accurate

Thanks Fluffy,

You've verified what I already suspected! More weight, but well made, and much more stable than traditional wood! I will let you know how it fits my International Harvester! I may even post pictures!

God Bless...

Bill

I bought the winter laminate one , was going to be my whitetail Garand. It took a small amount of sanding to stop rubbing on the op-rod. It probably would have worked without it but I figure I'd make the clearance. They are heavier than all wood but it fit tight and it shoots well. I'm usually not keen on laminate stocks on older rifles but I really like the grey color, very happy with it.

Well my stock finally came. I let my gunsmith attach the top and front hand guards, and they did require minor fitting, but even the gunsmith said that meant that they will fit well! He agreed that they looked better than most after market stocks that he had seen! They are beautiful I must admit! Very satisfied indeed!

God bless…

Bill

Yup Jim and now John Yocum at Dupage don't sell no junk, you always get what is advertised or better. Great company to deal with.
