Keep in mind the carriers do stipulate the way you can ship. For instance unless you have a specific waiver from FedEx you MUST ship it Priority Overnight. I believe with UPS it must got Next Day Air AM as well.

UPS ground (signature required) is fine for long guns. They only restrict handguns to next day.

I’ve shipped around 25 of the M1s I watched over by UPS and had no issues. Shipped 1 USPS and it was “lost” for 2 1/2 weeks.... there is a UPS hub near to me and they are great. Make certain you pack ‘em up snugly and if you want to insure for full amount (over 1k?) you will need to show them a bill of sale proving amount paid etc. Easy-peasy

Only handguns.

Long guns can go Ground (FedEx or UPS)
