Instore Purchase Missing Items

I just purchased my first M1 Garand at the North Store today and only the rifle and certificate came in the box. It didn’t include the instruction/maintenance booklet, chamber flag, and clip. Is this normal for an instore purchase or did they miss something while packing it?

check underneath the foam layer in the box/case.
That is where they usually end up, to avoid getting lost when the box/case is opened.

Looks like they didn't give you the CMP bag. All the things you're missing is included in the bag. I would call them in the morning and tell them what's missing. I wouldn't be surprised if they mailed it to you.

My last NS purchase was last month. When I went to the window to pick it up they gave me my certificate, instruction manual, clip and chamber flag in a bag. It wasn’t in the case as they normally did in the past. As JMM said check underneath the foam if it’s not there give them a call. I’m sure they would mail it to you.

It is one of the new all plastic cases, so no foam to check under. I’ll give them a call tomorrow. Thanks guys!

I can only recall like about the last 8 years (brain is going) that I have been to the NS, but I don't think had anything in the case or green bag, but the rifle. always got the flag, manual, cert and receipt in the cmp bag. was last there in Jan and Feb. they will absolutely get you what you need. just call.
