Default CMP El Salvador returns b/r's

A quick question for those who may have purchased some of the El Salvador return barrel receivers around 2006-2007. I hope that is the right time frame ☺️.

I purchased a couple of the 1700 that they had available, and now thinking of selling one of them that I completed and have enjoyed shooting.

Did those barrel receivers come with certificates of authenticity, as the more recent barrel receivers sold by the CMP? I still have the white tag with the serial number.... as was shown in the carbine club newsletter that had information of the pending CMP sale back then.... But maybe have not dug deep enough to locate any certificates.

Thanks for any help/information.

Thank you tlock! ,👍

Was pretty confident they came with certificates, but just wasn't finding them. Can't believe that was over 15 years ago. My safe and its shelves gets a complete clean out tomorrow.

By the way, a soak in Kroil oil did a great job on that light surface rust! No rust reoccurrence even after 15 years . Cheers!
