Default M1 Carbine Hammer Identification

I am almost certain this hammer is Type III, but I am not sure about the marking. Per the picture you can see a clear “H”. I just assumed the shallow line was an “I”, making it an Inland, but I am not sure. NPM had “HN” markings so maybe there was some minor stamping mistake. Anyone have experience with these markings? Thanks

Do you think this is an arsenal or civilian rebuild?

A lot of different parts . I really like the Winchester M 2 Stock . Most likely a arsenal rebuild . I'll bet on a NPM Hammer , but just because of the NPM Trigger Housing . Bob

The hammer is a type III, straight hammer. There are people way more knowledgeable than me, but I don't know of just a "H" stamp. Possibly an "I-I" stamp that they did close together?

The hammer is a large font HI for Inland. HN is a smaller font.
