Default Best source for mags and mag pouches?

Anyone have a recommendation for finding reasonably priced M14 mags and mag pouches? The pouches don't need to be USGI. It's easy to find AR and AK mag pouches, but M14 pouches are less common.

www.44mag.com for the magazines. They sell current manufacture CMI USGI magazines for $27 including free shipping. I have purchased several times from them with no issues.

Eagle Industries makes the M14 magazine pouches I use. Also Canadian FAL pouches fit the M14 mags as well and they are cheap. Little pulll tabs lift the mags out. I use these for range trips. And they're $3 each.

THere are several options for pouches.

For ALICE type systems the ALICE small arms pouches will hole two M14 mags sideways. Just cut the divider straps out of them. Thats what the GIs did most of the time anyway. You can get these cheap as heck from Allegheny Wholesale surplus for $2.30 each!

If you want to use them with MOLLE, then get an ALICE to MOLLE adapter. $1.25

As for mags, buy the CMI mags from 44mag..... those are USGI contract overrun.

I get my mags from 44mag.com or desert warrior products, both are good. If you want a molle-type platform I use Tactical Taylor. I've tried TAG pouches but the molle attachment is not that great.

Those are the same ones I use. I only wish I had asked you first before buying them. I paid $8 for two of them elsewhere. Thanks for posting the link Hammonje !

I have some original Borg Warner M14 Mags in the wrap inbound at this time. Should be about 10 of them in this order. They are not as cheap as the current mfg CMI mags, but they are USGI 1960's era Borg Warner M14 Mags and they are definitely original items. Was planning on listing them to my website, but feel free to drop me a PM if interested.
