Default 2021 Camp Perry Rule Change Eye Protection

Attention Shooters:

If you wear shooting glasses that cover your non shooting eye, these glasses are now illegal for Camp Perry.

I was perusing the 2021 errata sheet for rule changes and stumbled upon this.

Pass the word to people who use these so that they can make the appropriate changes now rather than be stunned on the line when they are told to remove them!

That against the rules image is showing a lens removed and a small shade/cover as well as showing a lens less that 37mm. I do not see it forbidding standard safety / shooting glasses with one side covered, not would it forbid some sort of a shade or cover greater than 37mm diameter or equivalent.

Are you referring to the blinder example?

You have misread this rule. The rule states you have to have TWO LENSES covering your eyes. A shade/blinder by itself is not legal as shown in the picture. I have a blinder that clips over my glasses (Decot) and it's completely legal.
