I differentiate between the two. I have mixmaster and forced matched. All forced match are mixmasters but not the other way around. My previous M91 was a mixmaster. Had pre and post ww1 ww2 parts. Two rearsenaled M91/30s were forced match. A Molot PU I have is also forced matched on the scope mount

I got the joke. My question is how would forced matched (or factory correct) make this collection or any specific parts better?

I didn’t insinuate that at all. I am just asking why one over the other? Or were you baiting me and hoping I would say one over the other is garbage? Trick question. They are both garbage! I would say use them for firewood but the amount of cosmoline and shellack in those stocks would cause anyone to in a 100 yard radius of that fire to get lung cancer. (Kidding again)

When I was heavy into collecting Soviet milsurps I don't recall many (or any?) who looked for forced matched. Some of mine are factory matched. Many are forced matched. When I bought the sniper I assumed it was one of the recent builds but was wrong, it's a WWII rebuild (most org with some force matched as "correct" for such a rebuild); a level above what I paid. All fit a place in that display, and all are well used with plenty of stories to not tell.
