Default Help ID Manufacturer of Ammo

Need help if any one knows who made this ammo. It is 5.56 M855 ammo I purchased about 3-4 years ago and I got it from Ammoman or another of bulk internet dealers. I can not remember the manufacturer. It came in a wooden crate 1800 rounds containing 2 900 Round 50 cal ammo cans.
Cans are labeled
900 CRTG
5.56MM M855 Ball
Date of packaging 9/2015
Production Date 8/2015
box, lot and metric weight
Packaged 25 rounds per box, box label
lot number
5.56MM LC15
Memory is the second thing to go any any info on this ammo would be appreciated.

Id imagine its Lake City due to the LC headstamp. Whether or not it was resold or repackaged by someone else is kind of a moot point, its Lake City ammo

That is NOT a mil spec headstamp. There should be a maker (LC) and a date (15) but if it is real M855 there will NOT be that lettering, but rather a NATO cross in a circle.

And I Never heard of any 5.56mm being 25 to a box / carton.

I looked up: "ZSAM 855 MOD" and vry few matches. One came up with a Federal can of 900 ctgs with the 25 rd box:

It's an old link. The 25 rd box is unusual, It's close packed to get more ctgs into the can, however I have marked cans with 840 rds in clips and bands in the same size can, so ???

Saudi contract or FMS Lake City M855, either overrun or surplus. Since they’re not a NATO country, they must not have requested NATO markings. The SMQ lot code indicates a special contract.

Here’s a mention of when SGAmmo had it in 2016
