WTS Winchester M1 Carbine 6.5mil

For sale is a “mostly correct” Winchester M1 carbine in the 6.5 million serial range. All external and most internal parts are Winchester or correctly subcontractor marked. No marks on the barrel indicating that I don’t believe it ever had the updated type 3 barrel band/bayonet lug. This is NOT import marked.

Only detractor is the stock and handguard (handguard may be a different manufacturer) appear to be sanded and therefore slightly loose fitting, but this does not effect function. Cartouches are faint but present.

I am no expert on these. I have shot it and it functions great.

Is puppy has a fairly uncommon Std. Pro. SW hammer. For those of you that has never seen one. And a fairly nice GHD/UEF stock. At a fair price for a late Winchester. And easy to restore. Good luck with your sale.
