This goes beyond the spam PMs mentioned previously...these are outright scams! These folks are actively "casing" forums and targeting folks with specific items they are wanting to buy.
Report the PM to us immediately if you get one!

The verbiage of the PM will be similar to one reported to us tonight:

Thank you...he was brought to our attention and removed on the same day, along with about 4 other alias usernames he had registered.

Thank you...per the other thread, he too had previously been identified as a scammer and was removed immediately after he was reported on the 29th.

Based on IP addresses, the same individual was responsible for both usernames above. He will be back.
As has been mentioned here in this thread a few times, as well as the other thread in the Garand Marketplace section, take the listed precautions and they won't succeed.
Users who are offering to sell something and have zero posts should be a huge red flag.

Keep your email to PMs, the scammers don't see it, unless you give it to a scammer, hope you do not. Only give your email to trusted, did I say trusted members.

We've received reports of members receiving spam PMs from a username of "AdminGiftCardRaffleMOB"
I've removed that user, but if you have a PM from them regarding a raffle and a gift card, do NOT open the link included in the PM.
