Looking for 2 sponsors to Joplin Rifle & Pistol Club
We recently retired to Joplin and would like to join the local club but are not able due to needing two existing members to "vouch" for me. Being new to the area, the only people we really know are relatives and a few neighbrors.
I would like to meet with several members, perhaps at the club range or at the one near Camp Crowder and spend some trigger time.

Disregard this post. In the next 30 days or so I should be a full fledged member. They have a really nice 400 yd outdoor range and an indoor range and have almost 400 members. A really nice club.

Joe, if you're still around, how do you like this club? My wife and I moved to Carthage earlier this year and I'm itching to find a new club.
I was with Pioneer gun club in Kansas City for years until we moved. I'm hoping to find a range a little closer than Bois De Arc (?) in Springfield.
