Shot at NRA indoor range. Total distance is 50.00 yards. Totally mechanized target system, you can set distance an d angle if you want. Rangers on duty. They don't put up with any BS it's all about safety. Wait times can be 1 + hours at heavy times.
NRA Range don't have to belong to NRA to join, regardless, you have to pass a safety course that is $25.00
Shot at Sharpshooters. One size small caliber range the other larger caliber, I think it is 50 yards for both.

Left NoVA about 20 years ago. Is Quantico still open to the public for a modest membership fee? Is the Fairfax Club in Manassas still around? IIRC nonmembers could use their range if "sponsored" by a member. There was also an indoor range off Shirley Hwy or US 1 somewhere near Ft Belvoir, I just don't quite remember.
