Pasacgoula Shooting Club (the old DMC) Shoots a XTC service rifle Match on the second Saturday of each month. 7:30AM, rounds down range@8AM.

F-class High Power Match is the First weekend of each month.

I'm not sure who is running the matches this year as i have been working out of state. The match season runs Feb.- Nov. and will be getting ready for it now. Anyone of the guys will be more than helpful so don't be shy. We have a lot of fun. http://www.pascagouladcm.com/viewpage.php?page_id=5

You can ask questions on the website forum and the match director will help you with anything you need. You do not need to be a club member to shoot any of the matches. not many places to shoot 600 and 1000yds but we do. It is right on the Al/MS state line just south of I-10. You can find a map on the website as well. If things have not changed, it use to be something like a one time fee for NRA of $7 and $5 or $10 depending on what match you are shooting that day as different matches are held each weekend. Some of the guys go to Camp Perry every year and some will just like to shoot long distance.

I may make a match or two in the summer, I usually shoot with the Southwest Mississippi Gun Club at Bogue Chitto XTC on the first Sat of the month, but I think they are not holding matches in July and August, the steamy months.

I am the new match director for High Power at Pascagoula, MS. We are doing major upgrades to our facilities, and will resume XTC this April 2012. We will keep the same schedule as before. (1st Sat of Month)

I got the sad news today Bogue Chitto is closing down. I hope you guys come and shoot with us. We also have an EIC match in the works for this year subject to the Board approval and CMP approval.
