Default Dupage has M14 bolts...sorta.

$50 for one of each manufacturer, demilled, but might be good if you have the resources to "fix" them. Also Norinco bolts for $150. Just passing it along, they're sorta buried in the website.

They can,but I took out a "ton"of metal just to see how far it went.I went down about half way through and blued it to show any weld...it is still really large,I don't know if You could have that re heat treated or not though.
sorry for the bad pics,I just can't get a good one today(and pay no attention to the dust)...

They were discussed on the M14 forum a while back, and apparently are being drilled, and then sold as serviceable USGI surplus, unfortunately . The guys over there said the welding process can weaken the steel, and someone could get hurt/killed, if one blows up when fired. I can't find the link, but it's there somewhere. I read the "tell" is that the park solution doesn't cover the weld residue, and the bolt face is shiny.

Aren't the Norinco's soft and need heat treatment?
