Default Looking for CMP AR-15 info

Anyone have an old CMP sales catalog from maybe 2006? I am looking for info on the Bushmaster AR-15 that the CMP sold. Thanks

I just picked one up and am looking for any and all information possible. It is clearly marked CMP on the receiver. I recall seeing this in an old CMP catalog sadly long lost. Some things are obvious such as it has weight in the stock and hand guards and a two stage trigger. I believe they were only made for 3 years. What did the CMP charge for these? I am curious what the rate of twist the barrel has. Did they come with a magazine? Anyone have one and how does it shoot? THX

Thanks for looking. The seller thought he bought it in 2006. His memory must be slipping like the rest of us LOL
Now I wonder what years these were sold through the CMP. I remember seeing them in a catalog but have no idea what year that was. I recall they had some more stipulations than buying a garand such as it needed to be shipped to a FFL dealer.

Seems only 2200 were made for the three years offered....

the Bushmasters were 750 when they first came out. you could only get them through a club. I was looking at one for my son at the time. they shot very well. only draw back with the Bushmaster was the 2 stage trigger would lose its first stage at about 750 rounds.it would change to a hard single stage trigger. one guy at our range lost his at exactly 750 rounds, funny because we were talking about that before the match. change the trigger and its all good again. I knew of others that got 1000 rounds out of them, but around 700/750 was common to lose the trigger. neat rifle, wish I had got one.

Does CMP sell AR lowers?
I bought a 2 stage trigger at the Nationals from Rock River
So far so good.
I have an old A1 Olymus upper that I need the lower for.
I'd like to buy face to face in south west Ohio.
My new upper has a new stainless steel barrel with a 1/7 twist
I've loaded a lot of 55 grain bullets & I don' think they will fly to well out of the 1/7 twist barrel.
PM my if you need additional info
Thanks
