I've used CNA but that was on a used vehicle purchased thru a dealership. Wasn't cheap but I just replaced a Bose radio for $100 deductible that cost the warranty company more than the service contract. Read fine print & some plans are more time vs mileage depending how you drive. Also covered items, the electronic components (not just engine control/emissions computer) but things like instrument cluster, body control module etc

If the dealership gives you a 1 year warrantee on a used car, I'd take the $100.00 and put it away every month . Then if you have a repair after a year you have $1200.00 ready for repair. The more time goes by the more you have for repair. If no repairs are needed you have the saved money to put toward another vehicle. Just my 2 cents. Eddie
