Default ID this Winchester white box 45 +P , please

Found these two boxes in my stash, and forget where I got them. Can anyone shed some light on these? They're factory +P's, but never saw +P's in a truncated bullet. Primers look to be sealed and crimped. Any help here would be appreciated.

Found this post on another forum:

"The normal load is the 230 gr RN FMJ "hardball", and this is the load used with suppressor in the HK Mk23 pistol, but Special Forces [and apparently SEALs] also use the 185+P TC [Truncated Cone] FMJ in the HK and 1911s when sound suppression is not necessary."

It's government contract surplus ammo, and it commands a premium price.
