yea hawkey....


20 years ago, a bldg down town jackson, turned on their lights in a cross
pattern. at christmass time. some yahoo.. contested it. spoutting it was
agin there rights or some such BS
and they had to turn the lights off
well, a mississippian, being a mississippian. turned on ALL the lights in the building. except the rooms that were not supposed to be lit
i have never been so proud of my fellow mississippians as i was that night

Yep -- remember that!! Actually, for the past several years now they turn the lights on to make the cross again!!
