Garand Marksmanship clinic Feb 17, 2018

Not exactly a match, but Down East Garand Shooters will hold our annual marksmanship clinic on 17 February, 2018 starting at 8am. The clinic is intended primarily for new and itermediate shooters as an introduction to competitive shooting, and especially to the kind of match DEGS hosts each month. A few of the topics you can expect to cover:

• Introduction to the Civilian Marksmanship Program & competitive shooting
• Sight alignment & sight picture
• Proper positions for competitive shooting
• Trigger & breath control
