Angry Getting Porn thru PM Box
I have received Porn messages to my inbox in private messages. Is there a procedure when this happens to notify, somehow, the moderator and block this? It doesn't happen often but concerns me about the safety and security of the system with regard to viruses and identify protection.

Apologies if this is not the right forum but taking a shot if not I can get steered in the right direction.

Look at the PM. In the upper right is a warning triangle to report.

Click and explain.

I just received one too but....just deleted it. Failed to remember the name but DID see its 'home' was listed as JORDAN! Wish I had written down name.

Not seeing a triangle. Do I have to open the message to see it? His user name is Stripperarfag and he does not show a location.

Go up to your post #7 and look for the little red triangle in the upper right of the box.

Yes, you have to open the PM. No problem doing so.

As Big Red said, do not click on any links in the PM, just report using the triangle.

Yes, you would have to open the PM to see the triangle...its in the header.
But the username is enough...I have removed them.

Yes, listed Jordan in their profile but had a Russian email and IP address.
We are in the middle of another wave of these spam attacks...if you get a suspicious PM, do NOT open any links or attachments in them.
Report them and delete.

I received two PMs over the last six weeks. Received One started with 1X the other with a foreign script that looked middle eastern. I just deleted them and now only accept messages from Moderator.
