Default M1A Match - Adjustable comb question

I am interested in purchasing a Super Match M1A but is has an adjustable comb as can be seen in the picture included in the link. The comb does sit flush with rest of stock though. Is it legal still? Could it be "fixed" so that it can't be adjusted then making it legal? Thanks!

What rulebook says:
"Stock dimensions must comply with original stock dimensions, except that
stocks may be no more than 2 inches wide at a point immediately to the
rear of the front band, no more than 2.5 inches wide at the front and rear
of the receiver, and have a continuous taper from receiver to front band.
The width at the receiver may be carried through to the butt plate. If optical
sights are used, the attachment of a cheek pad or cheek-piece riser to the
butt-stock is permitted if the pad or attached cheek-piece is not
orthopedically shaped and is fixed so it cannot be moved or adjusted for
different firing positions."

I'm going to say not-legal based on the "...so it cannot be moved or adjusted" verbiage. Even though the cheek riser would be in it's lowest position, the fact that it *could* be adjusted disqualifies it. I'd also wager that your rubber buttplate would disqualify your rifle too.

The stock looks like it from an M21 rather than a Supermatch though
