TMP not using E-Targets for Pistol Match.

I posted a question back in June to ask why the E-Targets were not used in the M&P and the As Issue 1911 match, but instead Paper Targets were used. I got a reply from Jim H at the TMP, and he said that paper targets will be used at all of the upcoming pistol events at TMP.

So be aware that you will be scoring targets and not using the electronic targets at the Pistol events. Bruce J.

Did they say why? Were the targets getting too shot up?

bpm: Jim H told me that when shooters were asked, they said that they would rather use paper targets. But, in the number of times I shot in a TMP pistol match, I was never asked my like or dislike.

I like the E-Targets because the match moves at a good pace. Bruce J.
