    Quality Hardware .45 Magazines?

I picked this up a few years ago, had never seen one before and haven't seen one since. Until I saw this one, I didn't know Quality Hardware made .45 magazines, 1950's vintage. Does anyone have any info on these, like how common are they, what they look like unwrapped, are they marked, do they have pinned bases, and maybe an idea on value?

Here's a thread on various GI contractors including QH: https://forum.m1911.org/showthread.p...fication/page9

One also turned up on Ebay recently. I wouldn't call them rare but there might be interest with 45 collectors. Probably $80-$100 to the right guy.

Thanks for the information! Has the same date July 1953 as the example in your link. I don't think I'll be the one to open it
